DIRECTOR OF SURGICAL SERVICES needed at a progressive, nonprofit, financially strong hospital. Will manage 7 OR suites and 100 FTES including OR, PACU, Central Sterilizing, Day Surgery and Digestive Health.
200 acute beds with a total of 400 in the healthcare system.
State of the art surgical services operations with outstanding surgeons. Surgeries include orthopedics, urology, gynecology, ENT, ophthalmology, spine and general surgeries.
· $125,000 Midrange Salary!

Requirements Include:
· BS or BSN
· RN
· 3-5 years of OR management & OR nurse experience
· Demonstrated expertise in leadership
and management skills.
