The Senior Director for the Operating Rooms and Surgical Operations will have responsibility for multiple perioperative departments and the surgical suites at a 350+ acute care hospital. The Hospital is part of an integrated non-profit healthcare delivery system. The Hospital is located in a suburb of Minneapolis and provides inpatient and outpatient care
Requirements:
Operating Room Senior Director will have hospital management experience in surgical services in a complex perioperative hospital setting. The Director will have a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) and has an RN (or eligible) in the state of Minnesota. The operating Room Nurse Senior Director of Surgical Operations will have proven leadership ability, excellent communication skills and can establish collaborative working relationships with customers, staff, physicians and other ancillary departments.
CNOR and Master’s degree preferred
