Director of Surgery, Day Shift M-F
You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing our surgery department.
Your responsibilities will include: budget; efficient/effective resource utilization; recruitment and effective/efficient management of assigned staff; achieving quality outcomes; performance improvement; monitoring of quality and quantity of services; maintaining positive working relationships with staff and System departments and managers, and purchasing and maintaining equipment.

Job Requirements:
Requires min BS, prefer MBA. Minimum of 2-3 years experience at Director level plus min 5 years of clinical experience. Strong organizational, clinical, leadership skills required.
