Oversee departments including neuro, ortho, acute rehab, and radiology.
Continually conduct comprehensvie reviews of programs and services, evaluating the operating performance and overall fit to our strategic vision and direction.
Evaluate clinical programs and services for alignment with organization's and regulatory agency performance expectations aligning workforce to the expected workload.
Maximize workflow and efficiencies.
Prepare financial and operational analysis to develop solutions to streamline the care management process by decreasing the cost per case.
Assist key department leaders from utilization management, finance, and other related areas to align with infrastructure.
