My client is a 300+ bed, Level II Trauma Center in the eastern part of Texas. Their ER is a very busy one providing the highest level of trauma care for their county and the surrounding area. Averaging 80,000 visits/year, their ER is the fourth busiest in the state of Texas!
They currently need an experienced ER Nurse who has management experience in a comparable size ER. This Manager/Director will report to the Divisional Director of Emergency Services. Day to day responsibilities will include staffing, budgeting, bed assignments, working closely with EMT and ER physicians.

Requirements:

RN with TX license

BSN strongly preferred

3+ years ER management experience

5+ years ER clinical experience

Must have ACLS, CPR, TNCC, and ENPC or PALS.
