Job Responsibilities:
Twenty-four hour accountability for Program Management and Program Planning.
Initiate, monitor and/or participate in program development, implementation, evaluation and revisions.
Set, implement and evaluate program goals and outcomes in alignment with hospital mission, values, and strategic plans.
Provide written policies and procedures, keep job descriptions current, and maintain other important documentation.
Promote public relations to increase customer awareness of services provided.

Job Requirements:
Requirements
BSN, MSN preferred
Three to five years of clinical experience required with minimum of one year of leadership experience within SICU.
Job Schedule:
M-F day shift
