The Emergency Room Nurse Manager will manage our trauma center. The Nurse Manager has approximately 50 FTE direct reports, including Assistant Nurse Managers, Nurse Cliniciasn and staff consisting of RNs, EMT/Paramedics and Unit Clerks. Reports to the Director of Emergency/Cardiology Services.
The Nurse Manager is responsible for continually evaluating and analyzing our ER services to improve clinical outcomes.
This individual will work collaboratively with other Managers to improve customer service and patient satisfaction.

We are a mid to large size acute care facility.
Job Requirements:
Requirements
BSN required, Master's Degree preferred.

Minimum three years ER management experience in a Level I or II trauma center.
Minimum five years ER nursing experience.
Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
