BSN,  Indiana License as a Registered Nurse, minimum 3 years experience with current inpatient behavior patients

Recent leadership experience is a plus

This Behavioral Care Facility is located in Central Indiana, approximately 30 minutes from Indianapolis.   Located on a  major State Highway, this is located within 1 hour of Purdue University, convenient to major sporting events, concerts, art, and major city shopping.

 This mental health facility has a long- term association with high quality inpatient and outpatient behavorial care.  You will oversee the operations  of an inpatient behavorial care on a 24 hour basis. You will manage and lead a team consisting of social workers, therapists, nurses and Psychiatric Physicians.  You will  have as much or little patient interaction as wanted.

Position reports to an Exectuve Director of Behavioral Care Services.
