We are seeking a dynamic NICU Nurse Manager who wil work under supervision of the Director of Womens Services in planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating all aspects of NICU nursing care.
Provides leadership for personnel and services resulting in optimal patient care. Assumes day-to-day responsibility for the clinical operations. Accountable for achievement of organizational/nursing and unit goals, excellence in the delivery of patient care and retention of staff.

Job Requirements:
BSN, Masters preferred, however experience as NICU Manager is acceptable. More importantly, strong leadership and communication skills take president.

Day Shift M-F
