The Nurse Manager for the Operating Rooms will have responsibility for the OR Suites at a 200+ acute care hospital. The Hospital is part of an integrated non-profit healthcare delivery system. The Hospital is located in the Northern suburbs of Minneapolis and provides inpatient and out patient care.

Requirements:
Operating Room manager will have hospital management experience in surgical services in a complex perioperative hospital setting. The Manager will have a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) and is an RN (or eligible) in the state of Minnesota. The operating Room Nurse Manager will have proven leadership ability, excellent communication skills and can establish collaborative working relationships with customers, staff and other ancillary departments.
CNOR and Master’s degree preferred
