Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing ,BSN preferred. 3-5 years management experience. Provides/plans/maintains staffing patterns based on patient and operational needs. Recruits, interviews, selects, and assists in evaluation of staff. Recruiting and hiring practices are in accordance with Augusta Health hiring standards
