Position Description: We are currently searching for an experienced DON. Will be responsible for the direction, supervision and coordination of all nursing functions, Lab, Respiratory and wound Care. Also responsible for evaluating quality of patient care in all areas and ensuring excellent patient care. Will assume the role of educator, researcher, expert clinician, role model. Will consult by instructing, supervising and evaluating entire staff. Will oversee 50 FTE's and will report to the Administrator.
Schedule: M-F
Experience Required: BSN and CRRN preferred
BCLS
Prefer 5 years in a Rehab Hospitals setting and 3 years in upper management.
Compensation: Negotiable
