Position Description: We are currently looking for an experienced Director of Medical Surgical. Will be responsible for the daily activities of the entire department to include: scheduling, hiring, firing, budgeting. Magnet process certification. Will oversee 45 FTE's.
Schedule: Full time days
Experience Required: Med/Surg and Peds experience preferred.
Master's is strongly preferred.
Must have recent Director level experience
Compensation: $95,000-$100,000
