Position Description: We are currently searching for a Director of ICU / Step Down. Will manage all aspects of the departments to include budgeting, hiring, firing, and overall management of an 8 bed ICU and a 10 bed step down unit. Will oversee 25-30 FTE's and will report to the Chief Nursing Officer.
Position Comments: Excellent relocation package and sign on is negotiable.
Schedule: Fulll time days
Experience Required: Must have a minimum of 3 years ICU experience as well as recent charge experience.
We strongly prefer a candidate with recent management experience.
Compensation: 65,000-75,000
