Director Skilled Nursing
The Nurse Director has accountability for the quality of patient care, the performance of the nursing staff, the development and management of the budget, and the orientation, education for a 22 bed skilled nursing care unit. The Director of Nursing further, contributes to nursing and the Medical Center through support of philosophy and objectives and education efforts
Requirements:
Director of Nursing will have hospital management experience Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care (LTC) in a complex hospital setting. The Director will have an RN License (or eligible) in the state of Illinois and preferably a related Bachelor’s degree. The Director of Nursing will have proven leadership ability, excellent communication skills and can establish collaborative working relationships with patients, staff, physicians and other ancillary departments.
