Located 35 Miles of Chicago Illinois, this lake county community is seeking a Director of Quality & Risk Management. This nursing professional will direct, organize, coordinate, and implement the Quality/Risk Management Program as outlined in the QA/Risk Management Plans and in conjunction with all regulatory agencies. Implements the Performance Improvement function enacting all phases of the "Performance Improvement Cycle". Will design, monitor and analyze, and improve all fact ets of Patient Customer Service & Safety.
They initiatives in today's market are Lean, Six Sigma and Value Based Purchasing. If you have experience in either of these, and have five (5) years or more experience in Quality, plus hold a Minimum of a BSN, I encourage you to call me to discuss this opportunity.
