The Clinical Nurse Specialist for Neonatal Intensive Care Unit will focus primarily on education for both patients and nursing staffs. It's a 31 bed Level 2 that averages 300-350 deliveries per month. The hospital is currently developing a high-risk clinic, so high acuity experience is a plus. The NICU CNS will work in a beautiful department with window views all around. The Clinical Nurse Specialist will work closely with the NICU Nurse Manager and a skillful staff. REQUIREMENTS:

2-3 years nursing experiences in NICU and 2 years nursing management experience preferred. Graduate of an accredited Nursing school, BSN required. Prefer MSN along with CA RN license, Healthcare provider BLS and NICU Certification is required. NRP certification certification within 6 months of hire.
