This is a newly published book that will be sent to the United States in mid-November but is available to plan a purchase now at PMPH-USA.COM.  A number of the participants to the Forums are contributing authors and this will be the evidence based textbook that will be utilized worldwide and distributed through McGraw-Hill and many other publishers. We feel that it will remain current for a significant time and sincerely hope that you enjoy our efforts.
